I believe Nipponia to be the best supplier in Italy for Japanese food culture products. You can really buy anything. From the raw material, i.e. fish, rice, sauces, and rice vinegar, to the utensils and takeaway trays for sushi and sashimi. Suitable for both individuals and professionals. Very fast shipping and excellent communication with the customer. Never disappointed so far, I am a professional and have been using them regularly for 2 years already.
